Taking Ownership of Your Professional Development as a Teacher (Part 2)
The trainees will have 3 opportunities to complete Action Plans that will run for 3 weeks followed by an opportunity to reflect on and set new targets, enabling them to start taking ownership of their professional development.
Here the trainees can select examples from Inset Days, Professional development sessions in their placement school, Grad2Teach sessions and hopefully, thinking about some of the other assessment criteria in this section CPD they have found themselves – taking the initiative. This will be near the end of half term 2 to give the trainees opportunities to complete a variety of CPD to have enough examples to be able to analyse effectively.
