It’s your final ILJ! Make it count – it’s not about volume of words, but what you’d like us to know. What have you enjoyed most on placement? What have been your highs and lows? What have you learnt about yourself? What do you wish you had known when you started that you’d like other trainees to know? The content is entirely up to you. The W12 journal is for you to give us a bit of personal feedback about your experience at school and of the course, and the content is not linked to any specific course assessment criteria

You can also choose to collect testimonials/360 degree feedback to include in your portfolio as evidence of having comfortably met the assessment objectives within each unit, but this is entirely optional.
