For the final part of your onboarding, you will need to answer the linked assessment questions.

Please note that the assessment is mandatory. If your pass mark is below 100% on your fourth attempt, a member of the Teaching and Learning Team will book a quick virtual meeting or telephone call with you to address the gap in your understanding. This is because, as a team, we want to enable you to begin your training with confidence.

By you completing the assessment, it allows Grad2Teach to do the following:

  1. Evaluate your understanding of the programme.
  2. Identify any specific areas where you may need clarification by a member of the Teaching and Learning team.
  3. It helps us to tailor our onboarding process accordingly, as ultimately, we want to ensure that this process is informative and supportive for all of our trainees.
