Understanding the importance of being well-organised and following routines

Using the conversation that you had with your In-School Mentor last week regarding planning a ‘Learning Experience’ and your TD2 Training, create a lesson plan for the learning experience that you will be delivering next week.

Ensure that you have included strategies which reflect your understanding of the 3 professional skills covered this term – behaviour for learning, planning and assessment. You will need to be able to discuss these in your evaluation of the lesson once you have delivered it, as well as your progress over the half-term in your next tripartite discussion with your In-School Mentor and your Partnerships Coordinator.

You need to complete the plan using the paperwork and resources provided on Week 8 of the Material tab. Do remember to revisit your Bloom’s and TD2 work to improve the quality of your planning.

Please use the upload box below to upload your completed LP document. Your document needs to be uploaded as a PDF and labelled with your initials followed by ‘LP’ e.g. AE LP.

REMINDER: Give your mentor a copy of the Feedback and Action Plan form so that they know what kind of feedback you are looking for on your lesson and teaching when they come to observe you. They can fill it in, but you will need to complete your own copy of this form in Week 9.
