The trainees will complete their first action plan in week 4 of the course, and this assessment criteria needs to be set alongside the trainee’s completion of their action plan (assessment criteria 4.1).

Task: Examine and analyse why having an action plan can support good progress and enable them to take ownership of their professional development (3.1 and 3.2)
