As you are completing your S2 Promoting Good Progress – Strategies and reflections document after your TLA session this week (found on another topic page this week), think about the aspects of the Teaching Standard you want to focus your observation on.

It is good practice to speak with your In-School Mentor to decide which colleague would be particularly good to watch to support your professional development for this teaching standard.

Remember, you are receiving feedback on the Trainee Hub from your Professional Assessor(PA). Your PA has given you feedback on previous observation of colleagues documents, please ensure that you have actively taken on board their feedback when you complete the observation of colleagues document next week.
