ISM (PA) Lesson Observation Organise for Next Half Term
It is important to organise your formal lesson observation in advance for after half term. This is especially important if you did not have a joint observation this half term.
Make sure that you liaise with your ISM and/or PA for next half term.
Your formal lesson observation can take place at any point during next term however, aim to organise it by the end of week 11 to give you time to complete the Trainee Post-Observation Reflection and Action Plan before your holiday.
- Please refer to the Lesson Observation Policy for extra information on how to organise your lesson observation and what will happen during and after your observation. This policy can be found in the materials tab on the Course Page.
- If this is your joint ISM and PA formal lesson observation, it is important that you email your lesson plan 3 days in advance of your lesson observation to your PA and ISM. Do include as much context as you can regarding the class they will be observing and refer to your school’s GDPR policy on what you can include for your PA.
This is your formal observation where you will need to upload your lesson plan, the lesson observation feedback documents your ISM (PA) complete and reflect using the trainee post ISM lesson observation reflections and action plan.
You will be asked to upload your lesson observation feedback and your your reflections and action plan in Week 12 before your holiday.
