Understanding the Professional Assessor’s role

Task: Analyse the role of the PA through reflecting on what this specific and unique role to Grad2Teach gives a trainee in terms of their own teaching and professional development. There are more opportunities in the Learning Outcome 2.1 to think about the PA in other ways, i.e., responding to constructive feedback to enable the trainee to develop professionally (1.5)

Note regarding the PAs: they have assessor in their title however, they are not assessing the trainees but mentoring them.
