Observation of Colleagues 3 Evaluation | W11 – Observing colleagues – how do teachers use formative assessment effectively?

Following your observation, complete a detailed evaluation of at least two formative assessment strategies used in the lesson. Your evaluation should demonstrate reflective thinking and be structured using Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle (Description, Feelings, Evaluation, Analysis, Conclusion, Action Plan). You need to ensure that you have critically analysed the effectiveness of the strategies used, considering their impact on learning and behaviour outcomes.
